SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA — July 10, 2026 — KaHappy, the no-code AI Agent Builder for non-technical business owners, today announced a new suite of content-ownership safeguards designed to protect creators, authors, and businesses whose material powers AI agents on the platform.
As more owners feed books, guides, and proprietary documents into their agents' knowledge bases, KaHappy is making it easier to do the right thing — and faster to act when something is uploaded without permission.
What's new
The update introduces three practical protections built directly into the KaHappy experience:
- Ownership attestation at upload: Anyone adding knowledge to an agent must now confirm they own the content or have permission to use it before publishing. It's a small step that sets a clear expectation up front.
- A dedicated Copyright Center: A new, easy-to-find page explains how content ownership works on KaHappy, how the takedown process runs, and how to submit a notice — with a simple form or by email.
- A streamlined DMCA takedown process: Rights holders can report infringing content through a guided form. Reports route straight to KaHappy's designated copyright agent, and infringing material is reviewed and removed or disabled promptly.
Clear rules, fairly enforced
Alongside the new tools, KaHappy updated its Terms & Conditions to spell out content ownership responsibilities, a formal copyright complaint policy, and a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts that repeatedly upload content they don't own may have their agents removed and their access suspended or terminated.
"Creators and business owners are trusting us with their most valuable material — their words, their expertise, their books," said a KaHappy spokesperson. "These changes make ownership the default, and give real creators a fast, fair way to protect what's theirs."
Built for peace of mind
The safeguards reflect KaHappy's broader philosophy: powerful AI should be accessible and responsible. By making ownership explicit and takedowns straightforward, KaHappy aims to keep the platform a place where authors and businesses can build with confidence.
