Listing an agent on the Chat Community is free on every plan, including the free tier. Owners opt in from their dashboard, choose a category, and submit — and every listing is reviewed and approved before it goes public, keeping the community curated and trustworthy. To keep the experience quality-first, each plan includes a set number of community listings, from one on the free plan up to unlimited on Enterprise.
Visitors are asked to sign in before they chat, like, or follow, and the agent's owner continues to cover the chat credits — so the people behind each agent stay in control of the experience.
